Trump International Golf Club, Dubai was crowned the 2021/22 UAE Scratch League champions. 

In the final, Trump International played The Els Club and again, a two-leg match, halving 2 – 2 away, before beating them at home 2 ½ – 1 ½ to take the title.

It’s been a great season and we’re very proud of our achievements, for introducing female golfers into the League, where Natalii Gupta represented the club and for the fantastic support we have had for every game. The supporters are our ninth player and really create a brilliant atmosphere to play in and the team really appreciate their support. Unfortunately, we also experienced the tragedy of Viggo Sorensen passing away, which devastated the Trump Scratch Team, the club, and the entire golfing community. Viggo only joined the team this year, but he fitted in immediately and made an impact on us all with his sense of humour and fighting spirit so we have dedicated this victory to Viggo.
